FORT WORTH - John Dale Lamb Jr., 50, passed away Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, his 50th birthday, in Fort Worth.

Memorial service: 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in Greenwood Chapel at Greenwood Funeral Home.

John Dale Lamb Jr. was born Oct. 9, 1949, in Fort Worth. He was a graduate of Paschal High School in 1968 and attended Tarrant County Junior College. He served four years in the Navy as a radar specialist and was a store manager for Bikes U.S.A. 

Survivors: Children, Kristen Renee Lamb of Fort Worth and Jaysen Scott Lamb of Vero Beach, Fla.; parents, John D. Lamb Sr. and Claudine Lamb; brothers, David Lamb of Whitesboro and Paul Lamb of Longmont, Colo.; his dog, Tillie; and many others who will miss him dearly.
