So sad to hear the news about Hank. Always liked Hank and his winning personality and the happy smile he always displayed. My prayers go out to Hank and his family.
Sorry to lean of his passing...... Two Distinct Memmories Of Hank
Hank was Questioning some things about Life and we both attended University Christian Church. I had spent some time with Ray Hildebrand of Paul and Paula Fame andI asked Him to speak with Hank and he agreed. Ray was and still is a very Religious person. He spoke to both of us about God and the role God played in his life. Don’t know if Hank benefitted from the experience but it was a memorable evening.
The Second Memory
Our 10th Reunion and the Football Team was being acknowledged and I do not remember the details but for some reason Hank was called out and there was some raucous Boos. Hank replied to the Boos with the line of the Day. Something along the line of “That is OK I got a Standing Ovation at the Arlington Heights Reunion”
