Chuck will never be forgotten.  He was a man of such courage and endurance and never lost the sparkle in his eyes.  I will always remember our conversations, emails, and visits at his home in Fort Worth as he could always make me laugh.  He never let on if he had any pain until he was nearing his life's end.  We were able to say our good byes and now it is such a blessing knowing he is walking and dancing again with the angels.  What a wonderful man he was and I am so lucky to have known him.
