FORT WORTH - James B. Kirk, 49, a mechanic, died Friday, May 21, 1999.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Tuesday at Harveson & Cole. James Rawlins, minister, will officiate. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive guests from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
James B. Kirk was born Dec. 28, 1949, and was a lifelong resident of Fort Worth. He was an avid sportsman, who enjoyed hunting and golfing. He was a 1968 graduate of Paschal High School and attended the University of North Texas.
Survivors: Wife of 29 years, Monica Dunton Kirk; daughters, Lisa Kirk and Teresa Kirk; mother, Peggy Kirk of Fort Worth; sister, Nancy Kirk of Dallas; nephews; nieces; and many extended family and friends.
